General Questions

Q: What does your company do?

We provide professional, certified lifeguards for private events such as pool parties, corporate gatherings, summer camps, apartment complexes, and other aquatic settings. Our goal is to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Q: Where are your services available?

We are based in miami and service surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether we cover your location, feel free to reach out!

Q: Are your lifeguards certified?

Yes, all of our lifeguards are certified in Lifeguarding, CPR, First Aid, and AED by recognized organizations such as the American Red Cross.

Booking & Pricing

Q: How do I book a lifeguard for my event?

You can book through our booking form on our website, send us a direct message via Instagram, or contact us by phone or email.

Q: How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability — especially during weekends and holidays. A minimum of 7 days’ notice is ideal, but we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

Q: How much does it cost to hire a lifeguard?

Our standard rate is $55 per hour per lifeguard with a 2-hour minimum. Additional fees may apply for events located far outside our service area or requiring specialized equipment.

Q: How many lifeguards do I need for my event?

We recommend one lifeguard for every 20 swimmers. For groups larger than 20, or if multiple pool areas are being used, we strongly suggest hiring additional lifeguards for full coverage. This recommendation is for your safety but is not required.

Q: Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before or at the start of your event. Details will be provided upon booking confirmation.

During the Event

Q: Do lifeguards bring their own equipment?

Yes. Our guards arrive in uniform and bring basic safety gear, including rescue tubes and CPR masks. If your venue has additional equipment like a first aid kit or AED, please let us know in advance.

Q: What should I expect from the lifeguard at my event?

Our lifeguards remain focused on guest safety at all times. They monitor the pool area, enforce safety rules, and are trained to respond quickly in case of emergencies. They are not responsible for childcare or crowd management outside of the pool zone.

Q: Can lifeguards take breaks during the event?

Yes, for events longer than 2 hours, we recommend scheduling short breaks for lifeguards. You can book overlapping shifts or additional guards if continuous coverage is needed.

Cancellations & Refunds

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event may be eligible for a partial refund. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to weather or other extenuating circumstances. Please contact us for details.

Q: What happens if it rains or there’s bad weather?

If your event is canceled due to inclement weather, we offer flexible rescheduling options or refunds depending on the situation. We do our best to be fair and understanding.

Yes, our business carries liability insurance to provide additional peace of mind for your event.

Q: Can you provide lifeguards for recurring or long-term needs (e.g., summer camps, apartment complexes)?

Absolutely. We offer flexible staffing options for ongoing contracts. Please contact us for custom rates and availability.

Q: Do you offer any referral incentives?

Yes! We offer a $50 Amazon gift card for each referral who books and completes an event with us. Make sure they mention your name when booking!
